I was lucky enough to visit again with this bride and groom on the evening after their wedding! Friends and family abounded again, though everyone was perhaps feeling a little more tired after a 5am bedtime the night before! That didn’t stop the cocktails from making the rounds however, nor did it stop the smiles and fun. Thanks again Ailish and Bernardo! It was lovely to spend the weekend with you!

Here’s a MEGA-blog post dedicated to a beautiful August wedding – the marriage of Ailish and Bernardo. It was a fabulous day with a wonderful couple, a fun bridal party, funny speeches and happy, smiling people (how often do you see the parents of the bride do an Irish jig up the aisle?)! The threat of getting hit by a golf ball was very real, but we managed to avoid it. And, despite an iffy forecast, even the weather cooperated! Lovely, lovely day – thanks Ailish and Bernardo for having me out to join in the celebrations!

So nice to meet this beautiful mom-to-be and to share in her excitement of baby on the way! You know how I love a white Copenhagen apartment, and the sun through the windows was perfect. Our first try in the out of doors was rained out, but we tried again a few days later and the light was lovely. Can’t wait to meet your little one Lindsay and Reuben!
